IF WE THINK WE CAN'T THEN WE CAN'T

In life if we think we can't then we can't. There is nothing in life that we cannot do. Off course we have to remember that every dream and vision takes time. So we must also remember that when we have a vision or a goal to accomplish. Just because we cannot accomplish it right here and now does not mean we can't. The most important thing we must remember is that when we want to accomplish a goal we must be able to accept the time between our vision of our goal in our imagination and the time it takes to transform into real life. We must not be impatient and believe we cannot accomplish something just because we cannot do it here and now. We must be willing to be patient. For example, If your goal is to make a 4.0 this semester in school. We must be able to accept that this will not happen automatically but it will take the time and effort that comes along with getting a 4.0. We must accept sacrifice of delayed gratification to want to put aside having fun to study extra hard. We must accept the fact that the process will not be an easy one, but must know that if we keep our vision in our head and visualized on a piece of paper and perform the actions that follow and accept the struggle and pain that takes to reach the goal then we will achieve our goals.
The same goes for any physical activity. If our goal is to want to run a mile without getting tired and you have never exercised in your life then you cannot expect to see these results automatically. You must be willing to accept the hard work and determination that comes along with accomplishing this goal. You must accept the fact that some days you will hurt and will feel pain. But in the long run it may take a month or a few months. But know that you never can't do anything, it just takes the acceptance of time to reach your goal along with determination. So remember people there is never no such thing as can't . There is always you can, with the acceptance that it will take hard work and determination.
